QB Issue Resolution:
Great questions – thanks for posting!
First, let’s connect your credit card to QuickBooks Online. To do this:
Click Transactions located in the left column
Click Add Account located on the top right corner
Type in the credit card name in the Import Transactions box
If your credit card does not show up, you can import your transactions manually. Just log into your credit card account and download your transactions. Make sure it’s saved as a Quicken (.qfx), QuickBooks Online (.qbo), or Microsoft Money (.ofx) file. Once you’re transactions have been downloaded, go to the Banking page on QuickBooks online. Click the drop-down arrow next to Update and select File upload.
Now, to change how you pay for QuickBooks:
Click the Gear Icon with your company name
Under “Your Company” select Your Account
Under “Billing” click Edit Billing Info
Then change the credit card info
Let me know if this helps! If you have any questions, please let me know!
