QB Issue Resolution:

Welcome to the Community! Your accountant is actually the one who will set-up their password. When she receives the email, there will be an option to Accept Invitation. She will need to select this. It will bring them to a page where it asks them to login to QuickBooks Online. If they have never had an account then along the bottom there is an option that says New to Intuit? Create an Account. This is the option they will need to select and it will walk them through creating their account.
