QB Issue Resolution:

If you have duplicate bank transactions, you can exclude it from the transactions downloaded from your bank or financial institution.

 

To exclude transactions, here’s how:

  1. From the left menu, select Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, select the For Review tab.
  3. Select the check boxes of the transactions to exclude.
  4. From the Batch actions drop-down, choose Exclude Selected. 

The excluded transactions are listed on the Excluded tab for reference or review.
