QB Issue Resolution:

When things like this happen there are a few troubleshooting steps that are really helpful:

Clear your cache. Here is a great link with step by step instructions on how to do that. Once the cache is cleared out, we’ll close out the browser completely and then reopen it.
Try another browser. The recommended browser is Chrome.
Attempt using an incognito window in Chrome. Just click the three lines under the red ‘x’ > New incognito window.

After these steps if this doesn’t resolve your issue you’ll need to call in for further troubleshooting. You can contact us > Select a Topic > Call.
