QB Issue Resolution:

The transactions will still show in your downloaded statement to QuickBooks OnlineĀ even if it’s already reconciled. You can exclude it from the transactions downloaded from your bank or financial institution. I’ll show you how:

 

  1. Select Banking from the left menu.
  2. On the Banking page, select the For Review tab.
  3. Select the check boxes of the transactions to exclude.
  4. From the Batch actions drop-down, choose Exclude Selected.
