QB Issue Resolution:

There isn’t a way to specify a starting date. When you connect a bank feed, QuickBooks can only request up to 90 days of transactions, which it will do automatically. If it’s been awhile since you’ve imported a CSV file for that account, you’ll need to make sure that anything in the interim has been accounted for manually. If you have imported CSV files recently, you’ll want to verify that no duplicates are automatically brought over when you connect the account to your bank.
