QB Issue Resolution:

I believe in QuickBooks Enterprise we have the option to assign the roles for viewing only areas of QuickBooks but on QuickBooks Pro you can choose “access to all areas of QuickBooks” but it doesn’t have view only option. The option you have there is to manually check the areas you would like to have access rights for the user. You can check it by going to:

Company >Set up Users and Passwords >Set up Users
Click on Add user and assign a user name and password then click Next
Now it will ask you for “Access for user” and click on All areas of QuickBooks then Next. (Just click on Yes on the question: Are you sure you want to give “user” acess to all areas of QuickBooks..)
On the next window, it will give you the option to set up or change the ff areas you would like to have that user to have access.
