QB Issue Resolution:

If you have subscribed to two QuickBooks accounts using the same email ID, you can find a way to switch accounts upon clicking on the Gear Icon. If you have two separate email IDs registered with each QuickBooks account, you’ll have to sign out from one account in order to sign in to another.
