QB Issue Resolution:
Hey there, jgardnerw!
Oh no, I’m really sorry this is happening to you! Since you mentioned this just started happening today, I’m wondering if your Firefox maybe picked up a “cookie” from somewhere on the Internet that is causing QuickBooks Online to behave a little strangely. You may want to try clearing out your Firefox’s cookies and cache, closing out of all open Firefox windows and exiting Firefox completely, and then reopen Firefox to a fresh session and try again. This clears up lots of weird issues in QuickBooks Online, and other websites as well!
Let’s give that a try and see how it goes. Hope this gets you into your QuickBooks Online today, jgardnerw!
