QB Issue Resolution:
Here’s how to get a copy of a Sent Invoice when you email them:
- At the top right, click on the Gear icon beside your company name.
- From the Settings column, choose Account and Settings option.
- Click on the Sales tab.
- Go to the Messages section and click on it.
- Place a check mark on the Email me a copy box.
- Click Done once you’re through.
