You can not do it

If the self employed company is closing, then that is what you do, close and file a final schedule C

If the new company is not a sole proprietor, then you create a new set of books for the new company, which includes getting a FEIN from the IRS, state sales tax and business licenses, etc etc.

QBSE data can not be transferred to QBDT or QBO, and you can not upgrade from QBSE to QBO either
