QB Issue Resolution:
It’s great that your Direct Deposit (DD) is now pointed to the correct bank. We’re confident the payroll funds will be debited from the right account moving forward.
For the previous DD payroll you’ve processed with the original bank, Intuit will cover the funds to ensure your employees will get paid. Then, we’ll need to recover what was used by doing a re-debit on the new account or have you do a wire transfer.
