QB Issue Resolution:

You did not have to delete the entries. I have answered this question continually for the last couple years. You can change absolutely everything in a reconciled transaction other than amount and the account it posted from that you are reconciling and it has absolutely zero effect on the completed reconciliation.

 

But now, what you have to do is manually mark the replacement entries as cleared and the simplest way is to run a brand new recon again for 3/31 with the correct balance and check what needs checked and you are good to go.   Just remember for next time, as there will be a next time, you can safely edit/change the G/L account of reconciled transactions without any damage to the finished reconciliations.
