QB Issue Resolution:

You don’t need to Undo.

For you changing the transactions, you impacted their Cleared Status. As long as you know the Values are still correct, you can re-reconcile.

Use the same ending balance and statement that you most recently used. Ignore the Beginning Balance; it is the net of all previously cleared transactions, which you know you impacted, so just ignore this.

Reconcile as usual, clearing ONLY all the older transactions you affected that you know still are the right numbers and were in fact already processed by the bank.

You should still get a difference of 0 and be on track.
