I’m happy to share some insights about the payment deposits in QuickBooks Online.

 

Generally, if a customer made a credit card payment, the deposit may take two to three business days. However, bank transfer (ACH) payment deposits can take two to seven business days.  You can track and manage your payments in the Deposit page. It can be found under Sales or Invoicing on the left navigation bar.

If it’s beyond seven business days, I suggest calling our Merchant Services Support. They have the necessary resources to check the payment status and help you handle this concern.

Resolution for Issue 'I sent an invoice, it was promptly paid and soon after deposited. I can see the funds in quickbooks(says quickbooks online), but, It has yet to reflect in my bank account. I’m not sure if there’s something I have to do in order to successfully receive the funds in my account(which is already connected with quickbooks) or if it’s a waiting game through “business days” and all.
