QB Issue Resolution:
I completely understand how important it is to a business to be able to verify their credit card transactions before they are deposited into your bank account. You’ll be glad to hear that if you have an Intuit QuickBooks Payment account, you can search transactions for any six-month period within the past 12 months on the Merchant Service Center. Also, you can search for deposits up to 1 year prior to the current date in 6 month increments.
Let’s follow these steps to search for credit card transactions:
Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
From the blue toolbar, select the Activity & Reports drop-down then click Transactions.
The Basic Search will be selected by default, which searches by date and payment type (credit card or check).
3. (Optional) Click the Advanced Search tab to filter the search criteria.
4. Click the Search button to begin the search. The results will be displayed in the next window.
NOTE: The default Payment Type is Card. If you also have check processing on this merchant account, change the type to Check to view these transactions.
5. Click the Trans ID number to display a detailed view of that transaction. You will also have an option to Print the report or Export the data as a .csv (comma separated value) file.
Once you’ve verify these transactions in the Merchant Service Center, you should expect to see the funds in your bank account within 2-3 business days from the date of the transactions were processed.

Log in to your Merchant Service Center.
In the Activity & Reports section select Deposits.
Enter the appropriate date range and click the Search button to begin the search.
The results are displayed on the next window. Click the triangle to the left of the line item to view the detail for the line. There are also options at the top to print or export this report.
