QB Issue Resolution:
You’ll want to set up the sales tax from the settings first. Then, add tax.
Here’s how to get there:
- Click Taxes.
- Click the Set up tax button.
- Enter the tax information, click Next.
- Click Got it.
Afterwards, you can now add the tax rate.
- Click Taxes, and then Add tax.
- Select Tax rate.
- Enter the Tax name, Description. Then, mark the Sales and Purchases box.
- Click Save.
If you already have the sales tax enabled, you can just click the Add tax button.
