QB Issue Resolution:
Unfortunately, the Company Snapshot can’t be saved as PDF file. Other option I could think if you really wanted to save the Company Snapshot is to change the Printer settings to Microsoft XPS.
Go to File > Printer Set-up > under the Printer name choose Microsoft XPS. Go back to the Company Snapshot and click the Print icon. It will bring the Print window where it is defaulted to Microsoft XPS. Just hit the Print button.
