- one computer for access and use by only one specific person; and

In your case, there is no need to locally save the company file in your second computer if it’s accessing the company file in the admin computer. You just have to make sure that no one is using QuickBooks on the admin computer, whenever your second computer tries to access the company file. This is because your license can only cater one seat.
