QB Issue Resolution:
If you haven’t entered any credit card information yet, then you are for sure still on the free trial. If you have entered this information, here’s how you can check if you’re on the trial still:
Go to the Gear icon with your company name.
Select Your Account.
Next to Subscription status is where you can view if you’re on trial or not. If it’s on a trial, it’ll say Trial afterwards. If it says Active, you’re no longer on the trial.
