QB Issue Resolution:

If you’re actually trying to import exactly “1602 · REM AMEX BLUE XXX09/XXX07” in the ACCNT field, then that’s likely why.  That account name is 32 characters long, but accounts can only be 31 characters long.


The mistake is including the account number as part of the name.  Instead, use only the account name: “REM AMEX BLUE XXX09/XXX07” and then it should work.
