QB Issue Resolution:
Removing the sales receipts that were deposited to the wrong account in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is pretty easy! This can be done by editing the transaction in the register. Refer to these steps on how:
- In QBO, go to the Accounting menu at the left pane to get to the Chart of Accounts.
- Locate the account they were deposited, then tick View register under Action column.
- Select the Sales Receipt in the register, then click Edit to open the transaction.
- In the Deposit to drop-down, pick Undeposited Funds.
- Hit Save and close to complete the process.
