QB Issue Resolution:

We can check that in the Audit Log report. This will provide you the list of the company’s activities, the changes made, and who made them.

 

Here’s how to pull up the report:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit Log.

I’ll include a screenshot for better guidance.

 

 

 

If the check is incorrectly edited, you can go ahead and open it to make some changes. This way, you can reconcile your account.
