QB Issue Resolution:

It’s nice to see you in the Community today. Allow me to share what I know about, pulling up Customer Contact List.

Currently, filtering the Customer Contact List by Sales Rep. is not available in QuickBooks Online. However, you can manually export the report to MS Excel and customize it there. Since this option is not yet available, I’d encourage you to submit feedback, which is sent to the Product Development Team for review when determining features to be added in updates.  You can do this from within QuickBooks Online by selecting the Gear icon and clicking Feedback or by going to the following link: http://feedback.qbo.intuit.com/.
