QB Issue Resolution:

When using the Non-Profit edition of QuickBooks, the donor reports contain no information on (i.e. biggest donor, etc) even though monies have been collected throughout the given time period on the reports.
How to fix it

The most likely cause of this is that deposits were made WITHOUT going through the flow of normal documentation.

Donations

Create cash receipt linked to the donor’s name with payment going to undeposited funds.
Record deposit.

Pledges

Create invoice linked to donor name.
Record monies received through Receive Payment posting to undeposited funds.
Record deposit.

Following the normal flow of documentation should post the transactions properly and the reports should display normal historical information
