QB Issue Resolution:

You’ll get this error if the email preference is set to WebMail (Gmail, Yahoo Email, Windows Mail, Hotmail, or AOL). You might want to switch to Outlook which would allow you to attach files up to 25 MB. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Edit menu and look for Preferences.
  2. Click Send Forms in the left-hand menu. Then, go to the My Preferences tab.
  3. Select Outlook.
  4. Click OK.

Just in case you can’t see Outlook as an option, please open this article to successfully set it up: Outlook is missing in QuickBooks Desktop Send Forms preferences.

Once set up, please email your invoices or transactions once again to check if you can already send them out.

You can also go to this article about setting up Outlook for more details: Set Up Email Service.
