Sometimes our service can become unavailable due to unforeseeable outages and regular system maintenance. When these events happen we will list information directly on our sign in page.

Note: Most outages are very short in nature, so your best bet is to wait a few minutes and try to sign in again. If an outage is only for a few minutes, you may not see a message on our sign in page.

We’ve already invested more than $300 million in new facilities, including two state-of-the-art data centers in Quincy, WA and Las Vegas.
We are aggressively migrating our existing applications to these data centers.
While in this migration, we are strengthening our infrastructure and constantly evaluating all our internal practices to ensure that we get it right whenever we perform critical maintenance or repair procedures.
In the case of an outage or planned maintenance, we have multiple backups of your data – both within the data center and in a geographically distributed data center.

There’s a large team of people who are solely dedicated to the issue of high availability and we aren’t stopping–we’re committed to earning your trust and support.
