QB Issue Resolution:
You’re seeing it print only the sub-item name. This is the way it does things, even if your item list “full name” is useful for your customer to see.
About the only workaround to this is to create a custom field on your items, then put the full name in that field, and then include that column for printing, instead of the item column, by customizing your invoice in the layout designer.
