If you’re using Android, here’s how:

 

  1. Go to your Android system settings.
  2. Scroll down to find the “Apps“.
  3. You will get a complete list of installed apps on your smartphone. Some phones have this option under Settings > Apps > Application list.
  4. Search for Google Chrome Browser App.
  5. Tap on Chrome.
  6. Select Storage.
  7. Under the Storage Settings, select Clear Cache.

If none of these steps work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then log back into your QuickBooks Online account and double check if you’re able to filter or sort the invoices.
