QB Issue Resolution:

First – if you’ve bought 2014 within the last 60 days I believe you qualify for a free upgrade to 2015. Call Intuit sales to see. There is a 60 day money back guarantee policy otherwise and if you can’t get a free upgrade you can return it. Amazon has 2015 for $240 right now and you can download it directly.

As far as 2014 – the only incompatibilities we have been able to determine so far are UI problems due to the change in system font in Yosemite. These aren’t very serious. There could be other problems we don’t know about yet.

Intuit’s official policy is that we won’t fix problems in 2014 on Yosemite. This is due to some complicated corporate accounting rules. But either way you should upgrade to 2015 if you can as the online banking will be supported for an additional year. There are some new features in 2015 as well.
