QB Issue Resolution:

You can make them sub-customers for that company. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Customers and click New.
  2. Enter the customer information and check the box for Is sub-customer.
  3. Choose the parent account; which the company.
  4. Choose either “Bill with parent” or “Bill this customer“.
  5. Click Save.

Then, you can start invoicing these customers.
