Yes, the Cash Flow feature is free in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @debster888.
This widget provides a real-time view of your current cash balance along with a historical comparison of money in and out across all your connected bank accounts.
Since this feature is in a Beta phase, it isn’t yet available for all QBO users.
If you want to enable this feature on your Dashboard, you can follow these steps:
- Click the Gear icon and select QuickBooks® Labs.
- Click Cash Flow Dashboard Widget, then turn it ON.
Once you refresh the page, the widget will appear as a card on your Dashboard along with all the other modules.
