QB Issue Resolution:

I’d be delighted to share some clarification about classes in QuickBooks Online.

At this time, there isn’t a way to directly set a default class for transactions or line items. You’ll need to manually enter the right class whenever you create your sales or expense transactions. Lastly, I don’t want you to go empty-handed. You may want to visit our Apps Center. In here, you can look for a third-party app, that will let you set up a Default Class Approver and integrate it with QuickBooks.
