QB Issue Resolution:

If a memorized transaction continues to generate another transaction even if it reaches the number of maximum transaction to be created, then, that transaction could be damaged. In order to make sure that not another transaction will be created out of it, it would be best to change its number to “zero”. If this memorized transaction will not be used anymore, it would also be best to delete it completely from your list.

Note: A Blank Number of Remaining Transactions means that there is unlimited number of transactions to be created.
