QB Issue Resolution:

Actually there is a way to accept “echecks” but it is done through the Intuit Merchant Services side under “Processing Tools” then “Check Transactions”.
You can enter routing # and account # when the customer is on the phone or when you have a paper check in hand(and don’t want to run to the bank for a traditional deposit). There are some authorizations to capture depending on the method you are using.
