QB Issue Resolution:

A purchase order is a non-posting transaction. It will not affect any reports and accounts in QuickBooks Online. To close them, you’ll have to manually open each transaction and close it.

 

First, let’s pull up all purchase orders. Here’s how:

  1. Click the Magnifying glass icon, then click Advanced Search.
  2. Click the Search drop-down arrow, then choose Purchase Orders.
  3. Click Search.

Once you can view all purchase orders, you can now close them one by one. Here’s how:

  1. Choose one transaction, then click to open it.
  2. Under the Supplier name, click the Open drop-down arrow.
  3. Click the Purchase Order status drop-down arrow, then choose Closed.
  4. Click Save and close.

You can continue doing these steps until you’re done closing them.
