QB Issue Resolution:

I believe it would be best to generate a Custom Transaction Detail Report for this.

Go to Reports menu> Custom Reports> Transaction Detail
Click Customize Report and under the Display tab, set Total by Customer
Go to Filters tab, select Account and set it to your CC Account and hit OK
Set the Date Range of the report and you should see all your CC transaction by Customer
