QB Issue Resolution:
What should work fine is to import all the transactions from Web Connect or Direct Connect. You see them in the Banking->Download Transactions Window. They are kind of “on deck” – not yet accepted into your register. You can choose which ones you want to delete or import there one by one.
Once you delete one you can’t get it back so be careful (you can of course just type it in by hand even if you delete it).
