QB Issue Resolution:

Answer 1: Yes. Go to gear icon, “Account and Settings”, and “Advanced”, then  “Other Preferences” and change the “Sign me out in inactive for”

I also got logged out while working in my QuickBooks Online. When it happened to me, I immediately change the setting that @Regina_Lend_A_Hand_Accounting mentioned.

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. In the Advanced section, click on Other preferences.
  4. Choose 3 hours from the Sign me out if inactive for drop-down.
  5. Click on Save.

For now, 3 hours is the longest time available before your account gets logged off (for security purposes). You can also send product suggestion directly to our developers for more hours option. Just click on the Gear icon and select Feedback.
