QB Issue Resolution:
When something is “merged” in QBO, the evidence (deleted name) is still there. Go to your chart of accts. via the gear wheel and then click the gear wheel to the right side and click to show all accts (including inactive). You should be able to find it with the word (deleted) next to it.
