QB Issue Resolution:
inventory should only be what they actually stock to sell, QB is not a catalog so going forward they need to know that
names also play a part in this 14,500 issue, if they are entering vendor and customer names that will never be reused consider moving them to generic names, gas, food, walkin-customer etc etc
you have two choices, move them to enterprise, or
these two utilities will create a new file with only active items, name, etc
