QB Issue Resolution:

I called QuickBooks and they confirmed the IE 11 update that came out last week conflicts with QB Online. They are working on it. The temp workaround they gave me was to log in and when on company selection page:

F12

CTRL-8

click on “EDGE” or “10” – I can’t post a picture but the black band will be in the lower half of the screen about a third of the way up and the “10”

Change value to 9 (instead of default 10) and then close bottom window

If 9 doesn’t work try 11.
