Currently, QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) doesn’t support late filing. For now, the system can only file the 2018 data.

In filing your taxes for 2017, I’d recommend contacting IRS directly to be properly guided. As for your 2017 data, you can download your Schedule C in the system.
