If everything’s fine in the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS), you can use a private browser to access your account. Here’s how:
- For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
- For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
- For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.
When you’re able to do so, I would recommend clearing your browser’s cache or switching to a different one. However, if you’re using an application, you can uninstall and reinstall it to refresh.
