QB Issue Resolution:

I gave up in the end … VAT was looming and I need to tidy my paperwork, so I took a punt and purchased 2015Pro thinking that at least it would have 30days support if there was still a problem.

Shock and surprise [not] it worked first time!
Looks like there is a 5yr limit on the software.

I’d better get saving now for my purchase of 2020 Pro :p
