QB Issue Resolution:

I can help you reflect the invoices on the Job Cost Detail report.

  1. Click Edit.
  2. Choose Preferences.
  3. Select Time & Expenses.
  4. Choose the Company Preferences tab.
  5. For invoicing options, make sure to put a check mark on Track reimbursed expense as income.

 

That should allow you to enter the invoice and its payment and reflect the transaction on the Job Cost report, gallupadmin.
