QB Issue Resolution:
Perhaps you didn’t complete the registration? With QuickBooks open, look to see if QuickBooks->Register QuickBooks… menu is present If it is you most likely didn’t complete registration. Try again. If it is registered that menu will disappear.
If that doesn’t work, when the registration asks you to choose between online and phone choose “phone”. You’ll have to call Intuit to get a validation code. But sometimes Intuit’s registration servers are slow and the validation code method will work in that case (that’s what it is for).
