Thanks for the additional information. QuickBooks Online Payroll is designed to handle payday advances to your employee. Here’s how to set it up.

Go to Employees (left navigation bar) > [Employee Name] > Pay > Edit (pencil icon)
Go to Item 4 > Add a new deduction
Choose Reimbursement under Deduction/contribution
Enter a Description such as Payday Advance repayment (this will show on paycheck)
Enter the Amount per pay period
Enter the Annual maximum (to avoid overpayment)
Click OK > Done

Next, you can choose the account of the reimbursement as follows:

Go to Gear (upper right) > Settings > Payroll Settings
Click Accounting under the Preferences column
Click Customize
Go to Other Liability & Asset Accounts
Select the account from the drop down menu > OK
