QB Issue Resolution:

I was able to find a way to do this.

1)  Click on the little triangle to the left of a job # and drag it left, in line with the main customer.

2)  Double click on the job and when the screen pops up change the name to match the name of the parent company that you want to move it to, and click OK.

3)  A warning will pop up letting you know “that name already exists, do you want to merge?”  Say OK.

4)  Enter the dividing date password and click OK and the two shall become one!
