QB Issue Resolution:
When sending invoices in a batch, each invoice creates an individual email.
How to fix it
Solution One: Send one email with multiple invoices attached using your email program.
Save each invoice as a .pdf file.
Open your email program and attach the files to an email.
Solution Two: Email a Statement with the summary view of all open invoices.
From the Customers menu, click Create Statements.
Select the customers for whom statements need to be created.
In the Additional Options area, click on the checkbox in front of Show invoice item details on statements.
Click View Selected Customers to verify your selection.
Click E-mail.
In the Select Forms to Send window, make changes as necessary.
Click Send Now. The Statement is attached to the email message as a PDF file and contains a summary of each outstanding invoice.
Solution Three: Use the Collections Center to include more than one invoice in the same email.
From the Customer Center, click on the Collections Center icon at the far left of the ribbon.
Choose the Overdue or Almost Due tab to see the status of invoices.
Click Select and send Email. QuickBooks lists the invoices in the next window.
By default, QuickBooks selects all invoices. To select individual invoices:
Click Select and Send Email.
To the left of the Customer Name column heading, click to fill or clear the checkbox.
Click the checkbox next to each invoice you want to email.
(Optional) Change the From, Cc, Bcc, Subject, and email text fields. These changes are not permanent and affect only these emails.
Click Send.
When collection emails are sent, the customer receives each invoice as a .pdf attachment under one cover note. QuickBooks tracks the date the email was sent in the customer’s Notes field.
